📊How Štancer Recognizes Your Columns

Štancer uses smart algorithms to scan your Excel file. All you need to do is name the columns in the first row with any of the recognized terms:

🟢 Product Name

naziv, artikal, opis, roba, proizvod, name, item, description, product...

🟡 Price

cena, cijena, cjena, prodajna cena, mpc, vpc, price, value, eur, euro, €...

🔵 SKU / Code

sifra, šifra, kod, sku, id, rb, rbr, kataloški broj, code, sku...

🛡️ EAN-13 Barcode

Your file needs at least two columns: item name (e.g., 'Name') and price. For barcodes, add a 'Barcode' column.

We currently support the standard EAN-13 format. Your barcode column should contain 12 or 13 digits.

Yes! Basic PDF generation is free. The free version includes a small 'stancer.app' text on labels. To remove it or add barcodes, upgrade to Pro.

The system generates an A4 format with crop marks. You can print it on regular A4 paper or A4 sticker sheets.

No. Your Excel file is parsed in your browser. The server only receives data to generate the PDF, then deletes it. Your data is 100% secure.
